When you upload your contacts to the Circle Base, we automatically run them against our database of members. These members come from BetterBadge.
Your Contacts: This is the number of contacts you uploaded to the Base. If it doesn't look right, check the formatting of your CSV.
Circle Members: This is the number of your contacts that are in our database. This is the number of individuals who would support your business if you decided to become more sustainable. This includes both Opted and Non-Opted members (see below). This means some of these members may have chosen not to share their identity with you, which is why the next column may contain fewer contacts.
Opted Members: This is the number of your contacts that are both in our database and have chosen to share their email with you. When you click Download Most Recent Analysis, these are the only emails that will populate the CSV.
For example, if you upload the attached CSV titled "Sample Clients", your report will look something like this:
And if you click Download Most Recent Analysis, you will receive the attached CSV titled "Circle Env Report" with only the opted members.
